CHED ALLOWS ATENEO DE NAGA U TO HOLD LIMITED F2F CLASSES
NURSING students of the Ateneo de Naga University will resume face-to-face classes in the first semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.
The Commission on Higher Education allowed the university to hold in-person classes for its BS Nursing program.
ADNU said it received a Certification of Authority from CHED for complying with the guidelines and health protocols.
“The Commission on Higher Education has allowed the Ateneo de Naga University’s College of Nursing to hold limited face-to-face classes, effective from November 3, 2021 until the end of the second semester Academic Year 2021-2022,” the school said.
The commission has so far allowed over 180 higher education institutions to conduct physical classes offering at least 300 programs.
More schools have requested to be allowed to conduct in-person classes since President Duterte approved limited classes for other courses such as Engineering and Technology, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism/Travel Management, Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation.
