THE Central Luzon State University reminds the public that the college admission test application for Academic Year 2024-2025 will end on December 15.

According to the university, applicants must visit https://oad.clsu2.edu.ph/user-login and click the option as an applicant to create their official account.

Once created, they can proceed to fill out the four parts of the application form namely category of applicant, course choice, personal information, and educational background.

This process includes the submission of their recent 2×2 picture.

The applicants will then upload the necessary documentary requirements that must be in PDF format such as PSA/NSO birth certificate, Form 137-A, and Form 138. Then they will fill out the needed additional information.

After supplying all of the necessary details, the applicants may download and print their application form and test permit.

The university also stated that applicants must bring their signed application form, test permit, school ID or valid ID, and photocopies of all the documentary requirements during the examination day.

Testing dates for CLSU College Admission Test will be on February 17 and 18, 2024.
