CEBU NORMAL U PARTNERS WITH SCHOOL IN INDIA

THE CEBU Normal University entered into a partnership agreement with Manav Rachna University of India to advance its internationalization programs.

Officials of both universities signed a memorandum of agreement last week. The collaboration aims to boost prospects for student and faculty exchange programs, research collaboration and joint online learning.

The partnership will also focus on the fields of behavioral sciences, media and humanities studies, hotel management, culinary arts, applied sciences and education.

CNU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Publication Dr. Angeline Pogoy expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership by stressing both universities’ “shared efforts and unwavering determination [to] create a brighter future for students.”

“Our partnership aims to promote cross-cultural understanding, diversity, and innovation, enriching the academic experiences of our students and professors alike,” Pogoy said.

She described MRU as an institution “known for innovation, research-driven approach, and dedication to holistic development.”

MRU Director of International Affairs Executive Colonel Girish Kumar Sharma thanked the CNU for the partnership.

“I am very optimistic that our relationship will be a sustained one, and in [the] long term, our two universities will bond together,” Sharma said.
