THE COMMISSION on Higher Education has allowed the Cebu Doctors’ University College of Medicine to hold “limited and cautious” face-to-face clinical clerkship.

The school was allowed to hold limited physical classes after it was inspected twice by the Emergency Operations Center – Local Task Force of Mandaue City and the Mandaue City Health Office.

CDU said it will give priority to third and fourth year students and enable them to achieve key learning outcomes on specialized laboratory courses and hospital-based clinical clerkship or internship.

This will also provide additional manpower to the country’s health system, the university added.

“We are very particular in giving a safer and conducive place for all our learners and stakeholders for both college and Senior High School,” it said.
