CAVITE STATE U TO BUILD NEW CAMPUS
THE CAVITE State University-Noveleta will build a new campus to accommodate more students.
“This 2,000-square meter campus will serve as a satellite campus of CavSU Cavite City since our Dalahican campus has already 2,700 students enrolled this School Year 2021-2022,” CavSU Cavite City Campus Dean Tina Jimenez Baysa said.
“Overcrowding will be reduced in Cavite City campus when it is operational on face-to-face classes,” she added.
The local government of Noveleta, headed by Mayor Dinio Chua, had a groundbreaking ceremony for the two-story, four-classroom building of the new campus.
The projected CavSU Noveleta Campus will provide Information Technology as an introductory course to help parents save money on daily school transportation and meal allowances for their children.
“We have brought the school closer, as we slowly fix the college education system in our town so those who want to study yet have no means to study in private universities or colleges can continue their education here,” Chua said.
