CATANDUANES STATE U TO OFFER NEW COURSE

THE COMMISSION on Higher Education has allowed Catanduanes State University’s Languages Department to offer a new course — Bachelor of Arts in English Language program.

CHED’s Regional Office V Regional Quality Assessment and Monitoring Team said that the College of Humanities and Social Sciences – Languages Department met the minimum requirements to open the new course in CatSU.

A team from the agency led by Education Program Supervisor II Dr. Jean Salalima-Go commended the efforts of the university in achieving this milestone.

CatSU President Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza expressed his excitement on the opening of another program in the university.

Azanza said that it will provide more career options for the students.

Meanwhile, Executive Vice President Dr. Lily Custodio said that the offering of the new course shows the university’s unwavering desire to provide better education to students.

“This announcement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the staff and faculty of CatSU in providing quality education and expanding opportunities for its students,” Custodio said.
