CAPSU-ROXAS ALLOWED TO HOLD F2F CLASSES

/ 17 June 2022

THE CAPIZ State University-Roxas City Campus has been allowed to hold face-to-face classes by the Commission on Higher Education.

Students taking bachelor’s programs, technical-vocational courses, master’s degrees and doctorate degrees will participate in physical classes.

Some of these courses include architecture, electrical engineering, physical education, air conditioning and refrigeration technology.

CHED gave CapSU-Roxas a certificate of authority that is valid from June 10, 2022 to June 9, 2023.

The authority can be revoked if CapSU failed to maintain its compliance with the guidelines and standards of CHED.

The commission said that schools opting to hold face-to-face classes must have retrofitted facilities, approval from the concerned local government unit and a high vaccination rate.
