CAPSU-PILAR ANNOUNCES IMPRESSIVE LET PASSING RATE
EIGHTEEN out of 21 Capiz State University-Pilar Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates successfully passed the September 2023 Licensure Examination for Teachers.
“Your achievement not only highlights your exceptional knowledge and skills but also underscores the perseverance and determination that distinguish you,” remarked Capiz State U Satellite Director Dr. Jennifer Perez-Benliro.
For first-time takers, CapSU-Pilar attained a commendable 88.89% passing rate, while repeaters achieved 83.33%, resulting in an overall rating of 85.71%, surpassing the National Passing Rate of 47.01%.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission, 23,782 candidates passed the exams out of 50,593 (47.01%) elementary teacher takers, and 53,995 out of 95,969 (56.26%) secondary teachers successfully passed the September 2023 LET.
The PRC noted that the results of three examinees were withheld for further document validation, and 14 examinees were withheld for the final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LEPT) took place on September 24, 2023, at testing centers in Bangkok, Thailand, and at 40 different testing centers across the country.
