THE CANOSSA College – San Pablo pledged to follow due process in the sexual harassment case involving one of its teachers.

A joint statement issued by the school administrative board vowed that justice will be served to the victims.

The college said that a show-cause letter will be sent to the employee by the Office of the Directress.

The teacher will be given 10 days to explain why he should not be charged, and failure to do so will result in termination.

If he denies the accusation, an ad hoc fact-finding committee will be formed to probe the case, the school said.

The school gave assurances that it  will not cover up the incident.
