CAGAYAN STATE U BREAKS GROUND FOR COLLEGE OF MEDICINE LABORATORY
THE CAGAYAN State University broke ground for its College of Medicine Laboratory Building at Carig Campus.
The project was made possible through the initiative and full support of Senator Pia Cayetano.
The senator pushed for the development of quality health education in response to the Sustainable Development Goals.
University President Urdujah Alvarado thanked Cayetano for helping upgrade the facilities of the school to entice more students to take up medicine.
Present during the groundbreaking event were some members of the Philippine Futures Thinking Society of which Cayetano is a Senior Fellow and Balik Scientist Prof. Nilda Munoz.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel De Guia, director of the Strategic Partnership and Networking of PhilFutures, commended Alvarado for being a strong leader despite the many challenges facing the university.
