/ 19 February 2024

THE BULACAN State University got a boost for its academic offering after a law was signed to revise its academic charter.

Under Republic Act 11980 or the Revised Bulacan State University Charter, BulSU is set to expand its program offering and composition of its governing board.

Under the law, BulSU will get help in developing specialized units and engaging in conventional or alternative instructional techniques, as reported by the Presidential Communications Office.

This is under the programs of engineering and technology, arts and sciences, education, and health courses, among others.

“This historic legislation opens doors to a brighter future, empowering BulSU to diversify its academic offerings and establish a robust governing board. Anticipate forthcoming informative campaigns to learn more about BulSU Charter’s enhanced features,” BulSU wrote on its Facebook page.

The law will take effect on March 1, 2024, or 15 days after publication.
