THE BULACAN  State University recently unveiled its first electronic newsletter dubbed “BulSU GEAR.”

GEAR stands for Gathered Endeavor and Achievement Report, which was conceptualized by the e-newsletter’s adviser, Associate Prof. Joseph Roy Celestino.

“The contents of the first issue of the e-newsletter are a collection of the contributions of the different offices, collated and consolidated by the MRO, with the help of its advisers and language editors,” the university’s External Relations and Internationalization division said on Facebook.

The newsletter aims to inform the BulSU community of the achievements of members.

The newsletter is in digital form for easier and safer dissemination amid the pandemic, BulSU said.
