A GRADUATE of the Bulacan State University Malolos topped the Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination given this month.

Angelo Cabalu Jacobo led the 842 successful examinees with a rating of 89.80%.

The Profession Regulation Commission said that 2,524 took the exams.

June Lorenz Escobal Capit of the Mapua University placed second with 87.30 percent, followed by Joshua Ramirez Maniti of the Tarlac State University with 87.20.

The PRC said the best performing school was the University of the Philippines Diliman, with 29 of its 30 takers passing for a success rate of 96.67%.

The commission also announced the results of the October 2023 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination.

Jedidiah Yandog Kosca of the Far Eastern University Alabang and Rigil Kent Dacayanan Olegario of the Mapua University tied at first place with a score of 95%.

The PRC said 1,366 passed the exams.

The top performing schools with 50 or more examinees with at least 80% passing percentage are the FEU Institute of Technology (94.34); Saint Louis University (94.12); University of Santo Tomas (93.88); and Mapua University (90.63).
