TEACHERS and non-teaching personnel of the Biliran Province State University will receive a cash gift from Biliran Representative Gerardo Espina.

Espina announced the early Christmas gift on Thursday during the 12th University Day Celebration of BiPSU.

The lawmaker said that 108 employees will receive P500 each.

The beneficiaries will include personnel in BiPSU’s Naval and Biliran campuses.
