BILIRAN PROVINCE STATE U GRADUATES TO RECEIVE P3,000 CASH AID

/ 23 September 2022

AROUND 1,400 indigent college graduates from the Biliran Province State University will receive cash aid from the provincial government which they can use in seeking employment.

Governor Gerard Espina said BIPSU students from poor familes who graduated this week will each receive P3,000.

To avail of the cash assistance, students must submit a photocopy of a valid ID, certificate of indigency issued by their barangay and duly filled out forms.

A mass payout will be held after the submission of requirements by the graduates that will be verified through the BIPSU database, the governor said.

Starting Thursday, September 22, the provincial government will accept applications in their satellite offices and the Office of the Governor.
