BILIRAN PROVINCE STATE U DEFERS F2F GRADUATION

/ 11 January 2021

THE BILIRAN Province State University deferred the holding of face-to-face graduation because of the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic.

“Finally, here is what you have been waiting for. You are now official graduates of the Biliran Province State University. Due to strict health protocols and per recommendation of the local IATF, the administration decided to put on hold the in-person ceremonial graduation,” BiPSU said.

“However, graduates may now proceed with the process of student clearance, transcript of record (TOR), and diploma starting January 12, 2021,” it added.

Students can visit the university after they have booked and confirmed their appointment to process their credentials.

Once booked, the graduates must complete the clearance process and pay fees for the processing of their transcript of records.

The office of the registrar will inform students when they can claim their credentials.
