THE BICOL University will implement ‘window hours’ to ease the burden of enrollment for students and the registrar.

A memorandum released by BU’s Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs said window hours will be scheduled from 8 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. from January 10 to 16, 2021.

“In view of the ORS traffic problems encountered by both the students and the registrars, the university shall implement a window hour for the Self-Enrollment. The window hour for SELF-ENROLLMENT shall be from 8:00 pm to 7:30am the next day from January 10 to January 16, 2021,” BU said.

Undergraduate students who are having difficulties enrolling were advised to contact their respective department heads for assistance.

The school also reminded students to abide by the policies in viewing and answering evaluations and settle unpaid accounts not covered by the free education law.

Irregular students were urged to coordinate with their respective department heads.
