THE BICOL University temporarily closed its Food Innovation and Commercialization Center building for disinfection.

BU said one of the personnel at the center in Legazpi City tested positive for Covid19.

The entire BU-FICC building shall be closed to give way for a thorough disinfection. It shall remain closed until contact tracing and testing are completed and the city government allows the center to reopen.

All transactions will be limited to online platforms.

The school urged all personnel who might have been exposed to the employee who tested positive to monitor their health and to report immediately to their respective barangay or local government unit if they have symptoms of the respiratory disease.
