BENILDE TO HOLD LIMITED F2F CLASSES IN TERM 3 OF AY 2021-2022
THE DE La Salle-College of Saint Benilde on Tuesday announced that it will start holding limited face-to-face classes in 14 programs and 26 course subjects.
“Starting 3rd Term 2021-2022, Benilde will be conducting limited face-to-face classes for our School for Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management, and selected programs from the School of Design and Arts,” the school said.
“Participation of students is not compulsory, and the College will strictly adhere to the limited face-to-face arrangement guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe transition,” it added.
Students joining F2F classes are required to present a vaccination card indicating that they are fully inoculated; a registration with the PhilHealth or any medical insurance; and a signed templated undertaking, assumption of risk, and waiver.
A report by the school’s publication The Benildean said that learners will follow a rotation in attending physical classes every three weeks with a maximum of eight students and one faculty allowed in the laboratory room.
Classes can start as early as 8 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Students are only allowed to attend 5 days of physical classes at the most.
Students are also not allowed to leave the campus until their last class is finished.
Online submissions such as paperwork, demos, and submissions of portfolios will be done through BigSky.
