THE ATENEO Bulatao Center for Psychological Services now provides free psychological services for the public to help Filipinos avail of mental services.

Interested individuals can avail of the services by signing up through http://bit.ly/BPSBulatao.

The sessions “aim to provide a safe space to help you alleviate your distress and discussing coping strategies.”

The sessions which will consist of one to two brief discussions will be held every Monday and is open with limited slots.

“These services are not a substitute for therapy nor act as a crisis hotline. If you are experiencing current distress and are in need of URGENT ATTENTION, please proceed to the emergency room of the hospital nearest you,” the center said.

“If you want to support the continuation of the BPS program, we are accepting cash donations. Kindly send us a message for more information on how you can help!” it added.
