THE ATENEO de Manila University achieved an impressive passing rate of 96.74% in the 2022 Bar examinations, the highest among law schools with over a hundred candidates.

San Beda University came in second with 96.67% passing rate, followed by the University of the Philippines with a rating of 94.27%.

Meanwhile, the University of San Carlos placed fourth with 91.43% while the University of Santo Tomas ranked fifth with 78.09%.

The Supreme Court announced that 3,992 examinees successfully hurdled the exams held in November last year.

This translates to a passing rate of 43.47%, with passers obtaining an average grade of 75%.

The oath-taking of the new lawyers will be on May 2 at the Philippine International Convention Center.
