THE ATENEO de Manila University made it to the list of the world’s best universities by subject in the assessment of Quacquarelli Symonds, an international higher education information provider.

The 2023 QS University Rankings by Subject placed Ateneo in the 401-450 rank for Arts and Humanities, and 451-500 rank for Social Sciences and Management.

Ateneo remains the top university in the country for Modern Languages studies at 201-250 rank.

The school held onto its impressive rankings in English Language and Literature studies and Business and Management studies, maintaining a rank of 201-250 and 401-450, respectively.

For this year, the QS World University Rankings by Subject evaluated 1,594 universities. It aims to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject.

The rankings are “based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact.”
