THE Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology has reappointed Dr. Joy Capistrano as president.

ASSCAT announced Capistrano’s reappointment on Wednesday (22 Feb 2024).

A president of ASSCAT is voted upon by its Board of Trustees and is finalized through a resolution.

Capistrano was initially given an investiture ceremony last February 8, 2023, as the fourth college president of ASSCAT.

“I again pledge to serve the public and the sovereign Lord in the field where I am planted!” Capistrano wrote on her Facebook account.

“Your leadership continues to ASCEND, inspiring us all to ARISE and SOAR to new heights. Here’s to more achievements as we transform ASSCAT into a globally engaged institution of sustainable agriculture and innovation,” ASCAT said on its Facebook page.
