SEVEN students of the University of the Philippines Visayas will participate in the 23rd Ayala Young Leaders Congress, a student leadership summit designed to nurture values-based and principled future leaders.

The selected students were Cyresse Ann Achilleos, Edgar Maverick Ayag III, Zyril Jeff De los Angeles, Anne Caroline, Agripino John Patrick Ga-an, Aya Sophia Gaite, and John Rey Reyes.

The leadership summit by the Ayala Foundation Inc. brings together 80 of the most promising college and university student leaders.

“These 7 students from UPV were chosen over 800 other applicants from all over the country for this year’s congress, making UPV the school with the most number of delegates this year,” the university said.

Participants are chosen based on their academic achievements, awards, and recognitions received, and track record on leadership and service in school and in the community.
