FOUR Polytechnic University of the Philippines alumni won in the 4th Asia Pacific Luminaire Awards.

Joecen Kevin Dalumpines, a Journalism graduate in 2012, was hailed “as producer, notable writer, and Producer of the Year.”

Herald Villarca was described as the “Inspiration of today’s youth and modern-day hero for his act of volunteerism and community engagement.”

Villarca founded the Kanlungan Pilipinas Movement, a national organization that champions education promotion, environment protection, youth development, and humanitarian efforts.

Meanwhile, Jophel Ybiosa was recognized as a “topnotch Filipino artist and professional leader,” while Jenny Lazaro received the 19th Q Asia’s Quality Excellence Awards 2020-2021.
