THE Professional Regulation Commission said Wednesday that 2,155 examinees passed the licensure exams for radiologic technologists given this month.

Also, 67 passed the exams for X-ray technologists.

The PRC said 3,878 took the exam but only 2,155 passed. On the other hand, 235 took the X-ray technologist exams but only 67 made it.

Sophia Vien Dela Cruz Pereda of Angeles University Foundation clinched the top spot in the radiologic technologist exams with 91.40 percent passing rate.

Meanwhile, Prince Louise Aplicador of Wesleyan University Philippines Cabanatuan City led the successful examinees for X-ray technologists licensure exams with a score of 86 percent.

The top performing school with 20 or more examinees with at least 80 percent passing percentage for radiologic technologist licensure exam are Holy Angel University (95.45); Saint Louis University (92.74); Angeles University Foundation (90); Chinese General Hospital Colleges (90); University of Makati (87.88); Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (83.33); and Cebu Doctors University (80).

No school qualified as top performing in the x-ray technologist board exam.
