TWO students of the Centro Escolar University were among the top 10 passers of the recently concluded Licensure Examination for Medical Technologists.

Ashley G. Molina got a score of 92.20%. She had the sixth-highest score among the examinees.

Meanwhile, Paola Evan clinched the eighth spot for his 92% rating.

All CEU campuses also earned an impressive overall performance that is above the national passing rate for its first-time takers:

• Manila, 88.66%
• Makati, 86.61%
• Malolos, 82.35%

“Together with the other 356 successful passers, Ashley and Paolo Evan contribute to the growing roster of competent and qualified Escolarian medical technologists, ready to make significant contributions to the healthcare industry,” CEU said.

“The success of this new batch of health professionals adds a feather to the cap of CEU School of Medical Technology led by Dr. Charito Bermido, its Dean, with Mrs. Maria Carmen Dizon, CEU Makati MedTech Program Head, and Mrs. Regina Jazul, CEU Malolos MedTech Program Head,” it added.

Meanwhile, CEU Las Piñas which offers Medical Technology as an extension of CEU’s MedTech program registered a 100% overall passing rate.
