The University of the Philippines Asian Institute of Tourism Association of Alumni will be holding conference for tourism students.

UP AIT conducts its Youth for Tourism and Hospitality International Conference 2021.

The event is themed“#TourismRestart: Inclusive, Sustainable and Responsible.” It will be held on October 16 and 23, 2021 (Saturdays) via Zoom Webinar.

The Conference will cover issues deemed as critical for post-pandemic tourism recovery by industry executives.

Sec. Berna Romulo-Puyat of the Philippine Department of Tourism will deliver the keynote address, followed by Prof. Yoriko Masuyama on Best Practices in Tourism Relaunch, Dr. Grace Chien on Inclusive Tourism: Breaking Barriers in Tourism, Mr. Caloy Libosada on Sustainable Tourism: Tourism by and for the People, and Mr. Wangoo Lee on Responsible Tourism: The Tourist We.

There will be a participation fee of P300.00, inclusive of an e-certificate and access to all the plenary sessions, competitions, and workshops (limited slots).
