THE PUBLIC  Employment Service Department (PESD) continues to offer free skills training to all interested residents of Caloocan aged 17 and above.

This initiative, under the city’s Aksyon At Malasakit program, aims to empower individuals through vocational education and practical skill development.

Enrollment is still ongoing. Courses are open to those with at least a high school card or diploma.

Requirements for regular applicants:

High School Card or Diploma

Birth Certificate

Barangay Clearance

Valid ID

Voter’s ID of the enrollee or guardian

Marriage Certificate (for married females)

Cedula

Two 1×1 ID Photos

Long Brown Envelope

PESD also welcomes senior citizens who are eager to learn new skills suited to their age and abilities.
