MALACAÑANG has announced the suspension of classes and work on Monday, January 13, in Pasay and Manila due to the scheduled peace rally of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC).

According to Memorandum Circular No. 76, “In view of the numerous participants expected to travel to and within the Cities of Manila and Pasay on January 13, 2025, for the ‘National Rally for Peace’ of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, and to ensure the organized conduct of the event, work in government offices and classes at all levels in these cities will be suspended.”

The suspension of work in private companies and offices will be left to the discretion of their respective heads, the memorandum added.

The INC’s “National Rally for Peace” will be held at the Quirino Grandstand.
