LGU EMPHASIZES NEED TO COMBAT YOUTH DEPRESSION
THE CALOOCAN City Government, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), held a Mental Health Awareness Seminar attended by student leaders and youth organization members.
The seminar, conducted in multiple batches, focused on concrete steps to protect and maintain mental health, especially in relation to the challenges and depression faced by the youth today.
City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan expressed gratitude to the LYDO for the successful seminar and stressed the importance of mental health.
The Mayor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the holistic protection of the city’s youth, ensuring a safe environment for their growth and development.
