BMBHTE UNVEILS NEW P5-M BUILDING, HANDS OUT 1,040 ARMCHAIRS
THE BANGSAMORO Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education has unveiled a new one-story classroom and handed out 1,040 armchairs to schools in Tawi-Tawi.
The new classroom is at Matampay Elementary School in Lanao del Sur II, funded under the 2018 Basic Education Facilities Fund.
The project has a total budget of P5,466,759.22.
The land where the school is located was also donated by Sultan Ben Mangigin, where new classrooms will also be built in the future.
BMBHTE said that the 5,000 square meters of donated land is part of Mangigin’s commitment to further education in the region.
The ministry’s property and supply section has also distributed 1040 armchairs designed by the agency to the South Ubian District, Tawi-Tawi.
Each of these schools has received 80 pieces of armchairs: South Ubian Central Elementary School, Hji. Amilhasan Elementary School, Bubuan Elementary School, Lawn Tabawan Central Elementary School, Putat Primary School, Likud Tabawan Elementary School, Tampakan Elementary School, Tabawan Integrated School, West Tabawan Elementary School, Nusa-Nusa Primary School, Hadji Abdulcadil Elementary School, Bintawlan Elementary School, and Sollogan Elementary School.
