CATANDUANES PEOPLE’S CENTER TO RISE IN CATSU
A PEOPLE’S Center seen to greatly benefit people in the province will soon rise at the Catanduanes State University.
The school recently held groundbreaking rites for the Catanduanes People’s Center, a one-stop-shop for satellite offices of national agencies, inside the campus.
In attendance were CatSU President Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza, who represented by Executive Vice President Dr. Bernardino Abundo Jr., Rep. Eulogio “Leo” Rodriguez, Department of Public Works and Highways Assistant District Engineer Max Eleda and other government officials.
The P47-million facility will assist Catandunganons in obtaining necessary documents from the National Bureau of Investigation, the Philippine Regulation Commission and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
“I remember the numerous times Cong. Leo Rodriguez and I met with Senator Francis Tolentino in the halls of Senate to seek budget for the People’s Center that shall rise inside CATSU to serve as a one-stop-shop for processing important documents needed to be able to study, work, travel, and for other purposes,” Azuza said.
