THOSE who will take the Bar Examination next year can start filing their application on January 8, 2023.

The Supreme Court has released in its Bar Bulletin No. 2 the application requirements.

The application form can be accomplished through the Bar Applicant Registration Information System and Tech Assistance or BARISTA, the high tribunal’s new online application platform.

The documentary requirements differ depending on the type of applicant — whether new, previous takers or refreshers.

For new applicants, the application period is from January 8, 2023 to April 30, 2023.

Previous takers and refreshers can file their application from May 1, 2023 to July 8, 2023.

The application fee of P12,800 can be paid online.
