iACADEMY AND TAKTYL STUDIOS TACKLE MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE
MAKATI-BASED school iACADEMY partnered with Taktyl Studios to tackle emerging mental health needs in the workplace.
The School of Business and Liberal Arts collaborated with Taktyl Studios, a gamification company that utilizes human-centered design principles to turn ideas and systems into fun and meaningful experiences, for a Co-Create project on Industrial Organization.
The collaboration aims to construct a Mental Health Program that addresses the emerging needs of human resources towards a better work performance.
Thirteen students in the iAcademy Psychology program will utilize psychological tests, interpret data and propose a mental health program and an accompanying manual.
Headed by Professor Suzanne Roxas, the third-year BA Psychology students are Luigi Agbulos, Ada Therese Arbis, Alexandra Joy Ayala, Andre Simon Bundoc, Mary Andrea Dayao, Aldreen Flores, Hans Furgen Go, Anton Miguel Perez, Jesse Con Dominique Reillo and Frenz Hart Yu.
The Co-Create program of iACADEMY opens opportunities for collaboration with leading institutions and industry experts by connecting them to creative minds and innovative ideas. Through this program, students are paired with companies and institutions to design solutions to address their partners’ needs.
