These teams are TNC Predator, OB EsportsxNeon, Execration, Omega Esports, Cignal Ultra, and ex-South Built Esports who will slug it out to qualify for the $40 million tournaments in August.

The first all-Filipino battle will be played by lower division teams Cignal Ultra and ex-Southbuilt at the Lower Bracket Round 1.

The next possible squads to face off are Neon and Omega if they win their first match against Motivate.Trust and Fnatic, respectively.

TNC and Execration might also play each other if they defeat Team SMG and Boom Esports, respectively.

All the games except the grand finals will be played in a Bo3 format. They will be played in a double-elimination format wherein losers of the upper bracket series will have to run at the lower bracket.

Meanwhile, only ‘T1’ squad has been directly invited to TI after garnering enough points to place in the top 6 of the Dota Pro Circuit 2021 leaderboards.
