THE DEPARTMENT of Education assured the delivery of education to all students regardless of social status, as it stressed that every learner is special.

In line with this, Special Education Program coordinators and teachers from the Bayombong SPED Center in Nueva Vizcaya have made sure their learners will continue their education despite the pandemic.

The school bared that it has conducted a parents’ orientation and dry run on designed learning modalities for learners with autism, are deaf, mute, among others.

Each learner will have access to video lessons and  will be guided by teachers and their parents.

“Malaki ang papel ng mga magulang sa pagkatuto ng mga anak kaya nararapat lamang na makiisa sa new normal in education,” said Easther G. Saquing, a parent of a SPED learner.

Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Cesario C. Mariano expressed confidence that SPED learners won’t encounter problems this school year due to the full support of the  local government and the parents.
