IPAMAMAHAGI na ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Cordillera Regional Office ang 2,711 tools kits para sa kanilang scholars.

Ayon kay TESDA-CAR information officer Stephanie Nicole Peligman, ang tool kits na ipamamahagi ay sa ilalim ng Special Training for Employment Program.

Ito ay para sa mga nakapagtapos ng 16 short courses, kabilang ang swine production, fertilizer production, production of various concoctions, organic hog raising, raising of organic small ruminant, carpentry, tile setting, plaster concrete and masonry surface, pre-cast balusters, at handrail installation.

Bibigyan din ng tool kits ang mga scholar na nakapagtapos ng facial treatment, facial make-up, shielded metal arc welding, electrical installation and maintenance, bread and pastry production, bread making, pastry making, cake making, at cold meal preparation.

Samantala, nagsimula nang ipamahagi ng ilang TESDA provincial offices ang tool kits noong Pebrero 22.

Ang pamamahagi ay ginagawang per batch upang masiguro ang pagsunod sa heatlh and safety protocols.

Ang STEP ay isang community-based training program na nagtuturo ng vocational education at training sa mga Filipino.
